Is there two-way trust in your relationships?
Have you been told you are too trusting of others?
Do you understand the barriers to what holds you back from fully trusting the people in your life?
Trust allows us to navigate the uncertain and complex world we live in today. It is part of the foundation that builds healthy relationships with ourselves and those that we surround ourselves with. When trust is present we feel confident and speak with intent however when we do not trust you may find yourself questioning people or following up more frequently. It is important to know what trust looks like in action for you and how to articulate this to those in your life.
Trust is integral to happy and fulfilling relationships in both our personal and professional lives. We require trust to develop over time to build successful and meaningful partnerships. Authentic trust involves moods and emotions, trusting of ourselves and our own judgements, trusting of others and the ability to forgive when agreements are broken. Trust cannot be built if one person is willing and the other person is not. Trust is part of the foundation.
In this workshop you will learn the value of trust and where it lies within your current relationships. You will learn your barriers to trust and how to work around them so you can confidently tell someone you trust them. You will also fully understand what trust looks like in behavioural form and be able to articulate this to others. You will receive information and exercises to further the journey beyond the workshop to continue to explore and have fun while doing it!
